The main house
The main house has three floors: the ground floor, the first floor and the second floor. These maps will help you imagine each floor
THE GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor of the main house, you will find the main entry hall, the kitchen, the dining room, the salon as well as a number of utility and storage rooms.
The entrance hall:
Enter the front door from the main courtyard into the hallway, between the dining room and the salon. Ahead there is an ancient winding wooden staircase leading up to the first floor and second floors.
The Salon:
This lovely room is opposite the dining room and still has the original wide oak floor boards . A large double doored oak storage cupboard is fitted inside the end wall. There's ample room for a large gathering yet it feels intimate enough for smaller gatherings and relaxation . Heating is with the mid-sized wood stove and/ or the central heating system. French doors lead out to the main courtyard and a glass panelled window -door leads to the kitchen courtyard.
The Dining room:
The Dining Room window overlooks the garden and brings in morning sunshine . There is an enamelled wood stove (and central heating). This room is large enough to seat 18 comfortably ,is adjacent to the modernised kitchen, has white painted stone walls and a terra cotta tiled floor .

The kitchen:
All sinks are stainless steel. This kitchen is a long and rambling space , converted to cater for groups of 16 guests. It has four separate areas :
1) The cooking area has a deep butler's sink and two oak counters, a double gas stove top and large gas oven. There is also a good- sized electric wall oven and a tall larder- style fridge.
2) Vegetable preparation area with a round veg sink and two double sinks for dish-washing. This area can also used for food preparation .The counter runs the length of the room... meters. There is an under- counter fridge, a second larder fridge and a dish washer.
3) The utility area includes a WC, furnace room, a linen store room , a dry- goods pantry and a laundry space with a large washing machine hand-washing butler sink and dryer. Double French doors lead to the garden through the back of the kitchen where staff table and chairs are situated. The kitchen floor has light grey- green tiles.
4) The tiled cave is spacious storage room for wine , preserves and those items used only occasionally.
THE FIRST FLOOR
The first floor is home to five bedrooms:
-two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (Papillon & Colombe), -one bedroom with a hip bath shower (Acacia),
-two bedrooms (Rosier &Abricot),
and two bathrooms, a separate toilet and a kitchen/salon.
THE SECOND FLOOR
The converted attic has two bathrooms and three bedrooms, one with a spiral staircase to the gardens
